I did this a few years ago, and I really liked it. But since then the word GRATITUDE gives me anxiety and adds stress to my life.
I have done this a few years ago, and it went pretty good. Over the past few years, the word gratitude or grateful mindset gives me anxiety. My chest gets really tight and it’s hard to breathe. I know mentally that I have a lot to be grateful for but just thinking about making a list I shut down.
I got this idea from Esther at Local Adventurer. So each Thursday starting on November 7, 2024 I will write each week about the prompt on what I am grateful for or have gratitude that it happened.
52 Weeks of Gratitude
-Each Thursday I will post a new topic each week. I tried to pick topics that was comfortable yet challenge for me. The goal is to write the gratitude weekly.
